The location was stunning and magnificent, very close to Andrades mall, church, and bars, restaurants and clubs.

The rooms have a shower, and the location is great, close to a nice restaurant, a big shopping mall, and nightclubs.

The position was great, the movies and bars are near the hotel. A mall and boutiques were right next door.

Hip new hotel with particularly good views as a bonus. Excellent, hard-working people working here. Particularly good, favourable location in Zapopan district close enough to Guadalajara as well as the cafeteria. Also, close to the mall and restaurants. The venue of choice in Guadalajara.

Bad smell in the room.

Liked how the good room with coffeemaker was arranged when we arrived. The staff was understanding & amicable. The location was great and stunning, at a short distance from Andares.

This place offers an excellent and great breakfast with a variety of meals, modern rooms with showers, very friendly staff, and an absolutely perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars.

Comfortable beds and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee/tea makers.

Excellent location near a popular shopping center, convenient for shopping and dining. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly when room change was needed. Enjoyable breakfast options available. Recently renovated with comfortable, new beds. Nearby authentic Mexican restaurant "Los Otates" is a great dining choice.

Really very very bad the service, Cleanliness of my room and general. I never would recommend this Hotel never

When I arrived my reservation was canceled. It was 1:00 am and could not find another hotel. At the end they gave us some kind of suite but was very noise and could not sleep. The day after they gave us another room and we could stay there but nothing extraordinary, not even close to a 3 stars hotel in any other place in the world.

The food options were good 👍. the hotel's location was nice and really convenient - it's quite close to Andares shopping mall.

The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. Its rooms are clean, had an awesome stay for a business trip. The bed is very comfy, really! The location is marvellous, and the area is secure near the movies and bars. There's Delicity Market at a moderate distance from the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Thank you for a really great stay. The hotel is functional with excellent breakfasts and understanding staff. The location of the property is stunning, really close to a lot good restaurants and bars plus one of the most beautiful shopping centers in Mexico, the Mall across the street and stores and shopping center, and lots of restaurants. Zapopan district deserves to be explored.

The bathrooms are way too small.

The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants which was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. we enjoyed the clean and comfortable room.

We had difficulty sleeping due to the noise from nearby nightclubs which seemed to continue into the early morning hours. the lack of utensils during breakfast was inconvenient.
